Your account and content

Use accurate account information and protect your password. Only submit content and connect websites or repositories you are authorised to use. You retain your rights in your inputs and may use and export generated output, subject to third-party rights. Reprieve may process your content as needed to provide the service.

Review before publishing

AI output can contain factual mistakes, unsupported claims or material similar to other work. You are responsible for checking the article, sources, rights and suitability before approving publication. Automated checks assist your review and do not guarantee accuracy. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, business results or that any model sample matches a consumer search product.

Trials, subscriptions and limits

The trial starts after email verification and includes five article, rewrite or section generations over seven days. It does not charge automatically. Paid prices, currency, taxes and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Usage limits apply across the account; monthly allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, including annual plans. A generation reserves an allowance on start, consumes it when a result is saved for review, and restores it on failure. Auxiliary features and public tools have separate usage and request limits to control costs.

Dodo Payments processes subscriptions. Manage plan changes and cancellations from Billing; the portal shows the price, timing and any adjustment before confirmation. Export needed data before deleting your account. Account deletion cancels the subscription immediately. Unfinished checkouts must first expire or be reconciled so a payment cannot complete after its account is removed. For billing errors or refund requests, contact us or Dodo Payments with your receipt. Refunds are handled through the payment provider subject to applicable consumer rights; these terms do not remove rights the law gives you.

Community and outreach

Do not post spam, abusive or unlawful material, impersonate people, or arrange deceptive promotion. The operator may remove contributions or restrict accounts for abuse. Outreach is available only when the service is open. Requests may be declined; a declined or unfulfilled request after seven days restores its reserved allowance. A posted reply requires a recorded permalink. Replies must follow the destination’s rules and disclose affiliations where appropriate.

Service operation

The service depends on hosting, database, model, email and publishing providers and can be interrupted. Saved jobs can be resumed where their checkpoints are available. Keep your own copies of important content. We may change features or limits prospectively and will communicate material changes affecting an existing subscription.
