Privacy

Updated September 8, 2026. Reprieve is operated by Aditya. Contact aditya@adityaps.work for privacy questions or requests.

Data we use

We store your email, display name, a salted password hash, verification and reset tokens in hashed form, sessions, subscription identifiers, usage counters, website briefs, research, generated content and saved model answers. Integration credentials are encrypted before storage. We fetch publicly accessible pages that you ask us to read. Do not submit secrets or personal data you lack permission to use.

Services that process data

Neon stores application data in PostgreSQL. Generated images are stored privately in Amazon S3; isolated preview environments may use Neon Object Storage. The hosting provider processes requests and operational logs. Our configured model provider (OpenAI by default, or the operator’s configured compatible provider) receives the prompts, site excerpts, briefs, drafts and image prompts needed for generation, and search queries when web research is used. Contact us for the provider details for the current deployment. For text generation, we request that API responses are not stored as retrievable response objects; provider security and operational retention may still apply. Resend receives your email address and account email content. Dodo Payments handles checkout, billing and payment records; Reprieve does not store card details. Publishing sends your approved article, included images, image descriptions and the required credentials to your chosen GitHub repository or WordPress site.

Visibility and cookies

Projects and drafts are accessible through their owning account. Community and group posts are visible to other members and may be moderated by the operator. Display names are hidden from other members, but linked websites and what you write can identify you. Outreach requests are visible to the operator. Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your onboarding choices. This app does not include advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

You can download articles and delete projects or your account in the dashboard. Account deletion removes active account data and cancels the subscription. Deleting an article or project removes access to its original images immediately; maintenance removes the stored files after a short grace period. Copies already published on external services remain under your control. Operational model usage records are kept for up to 30 days, and minimal webhook event records for up to 90 days. Rate-limit keys use an HMAC rather than raw email or IP values. Free tool results are cached by full URL for up to 24 hours. Expired sessions and account tokens are removed by the scheduled maintenance job. Provider records, hosting logs and database backups follow their configured retention; deletion from active storage is not an immediate deletion from every backup.

Your choices

You can update your name, change your password, download content, disconnect integrations and delete your account. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests that the dashboard does not cover, and to ask about current storage regions and backup retention. We use service providers to operate Reprieve; we do not sell your content or use it to train our own models. Provider terms govern their processing.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated through the product or account email.
